Join the very experienced Capoeira educator Barbara Sanders, for an action packed multi week workshop focused on developing confidence and transforming lives.
Traditionally Capoeira has been taught with the teacher demonstrating movement and the students following along.
Barbara believes that students learn best by doing. In this 4 week workshop participants will begin by learning the history of Capoeira.
Then we will learn to share the movements and music of Capoeira in a supportive environment.
We will also begin to learn Portuguese as well. For many of us it takes years before we begin to sing Capoeira songs and learn Portuguese. For this reason we are going to learn as soon as possible!

Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
If you are unsatisfied with the workshop, you can simply go into your school account to cancel. Your subscription will be good through the end of the workshop but will not be renewed.
How do I schedule my appointment?
The workshop will take place online through Zoom each Tuesday at 8:30 pm EST.
Can I purchase the workshop more than once?
Absolutely! If you enjoy the workshop (we hope you do), simply continue with your subscription.
What If I cancel my subscription to the workshop?
